  • Due to its lightness and high load capacity, the load on the structure, including the foundation, is automatically reduced.

The main indicator of the quality of the composite is its execution according to the production technology, compliance with all ratios of the twist of the threads in the reinforcing bar. The epoxy binder, which plays the role of bonding composite reinforcement with concrete, has a shell that transfers forces to the main rod. Composite reinforcement has a tensile strength of more than 1000 MPa. This is twice the strength of steel reinforcement, which ranges from 400 to 500 MPa. Steel reinforcement has a modulus of elasticity (400-500 GPa), composite reinforcement 46-60 GPa. However, composite reinforcement does not require expensive concrete waterproofing additives, maintenance costs (crane, truck, etc.). Composite rebar is 75% lighter than steel - which saves the load on the foundation and requires less concrete, speeds up installation time (as well as construction) and reduces labor costs. Electromagnetic neutrality: does not contain metals and does not interfere with sensitive electronic devices such as medical MRI or electronic test devices.
